Return and refund policy

At Lushia, we are committed to providing our customers with a pleasant and hassle-free online shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a return or refund in accordance with the policy described below.

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

Return conditions

In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Certain categories of products cannot be returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Returns procedure

To make a return, please contact us at contact@lushia.fr. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item received is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an e-mail to contact@lushia.fr, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions for the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a voucher will be sent to you by e-mail.

Return costs

To return your product, you must send it to the address indicated after contacting us at contact@lushia.fr. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase return insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
