These terms and conditions govern all sales made on the Lushia.fr website to private individuals or professionals, within the framework of orders placed on the website.

Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. In the event of error or omission in this description, Lushia cannot be held responsible within the limits of applicable legislation. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, you will be informed as soon as possible, and you will have the option of cancelling or modifying your order.

Prices

All prices displayed on the site are in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges are not included in the prices displayed and are indicated when you finalize your order. Lushia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price invoiced will be that in force at the time your order is validated.

Order

Lushia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with a customer, suspicion of fraud or for any other legitimate reason.

Payment

Payment methods accepted are indicated on the website. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

We ship worldwide, except for specific restrictions in certain geographical areas.

Delivery times

Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 10 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary according to destination and logistical constraints.

Delivery tracking

An e-mail containing tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at contact@lushia.fr. We will offer you a suitable solution.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Return procedure

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defect or error on our part. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@lushia.fr.

Refund and exchange policy

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned items. Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.

Legal warranty

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity or hidden defect, please contact us at contact@lushia.fr.

Liability

Lushia cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from product misuse or negligence on the part of the customer.
